Direct Tension Indicating Washer
In harsh environments with extremes of thermal cycling and vibration, many products fail. Alpha’s patented triangular bump direct tension indicating washers were developed to assure uniform joint tension regardless of environmental influences.

Direct Tension Indicating Assembly
The engineering that went into the development of Alpha’s triangular bump DTI is also available in a pre-assembled form. Each DTI washer is assembled to its matched fastener in the patented DTI Assembly, assuring that DTI washers are not missing or misapplied when structures are assembled in the field.
