Honored as the Best in MichBusiness

AlphaUSA was recognized at the Best of MichBusiness event, which honors success at what is called “the most exciting, connected business awards and networking opportunity in the State of Michigan.” The Best of MichBusiness Awards Program is committed to recognizing companies and individuals that make Michigan a topnotch place to do business.

The event consisted of more than 100 honorees representing the most elite, unique, innovative, and successful companies in Michigan bringing together more than 300 people together to cheer them on.

“It was a very light-hearted event full of well-meaning people that are doing a lot of great things,” said Chuck Dardas, president and CEO of AlphaUSA.

MichBusiness is powered by the Michigan Business and Professional Association (MBPA). The MBPA hosts more than 40 educational and networking events throughout the year and has more than 100 programs benefiting members’ needs.

The root of MichBusiness has always been helping small businesses across Michigan succeed through valuable resources, educational programs, high-impact events and more. For more than three decades, as the Michigan Business and Professional Association, the organization’s mission and history of successful business partnerships have positively impacted more than 150,000 businesses.

Through interactive programs, affiliates, and sister companies, professionals and leaders in our statewide business community have been able to apply the tools and opportunities we provide to their organizations in order to make their businesses better.

 Robert “Stew” Stewart and David Lawrence both accepted the award on behalf of AlphaUSA. “We were very pleased that the Strumbos Family were mentioned, deservingly so,” said Dardas. 

AlphaUSA was nominated by the CPA firm DKSS. “It was a nice evening and we appreciate the sentiment behind the nomination and presentation,” said Dardas.
